Welcome to ResQ Health! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Introduction

ResQ Health ("we," "our," or "us"), provides American Heart Association (AHA)-certified courses, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training, to healthcare professionals and the general public. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

We offer blended learning courses in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), utilizing the RQI Voice Activated Manikin (VAM) for skills assessment. All courses are AHA-approved.

The RQI program allows participants to complete online blended courses, practice skills with the VAM or a virtual instructor, and receive their certification card. During skills testing, an instructor will not be present; instead, the VAM and computer will guide you through the skills session.

Our Exclusive "No Fail Guarantee"

If you do not pass your skills session on the first attempt, you may retake it. If you are still unable to pass after the second attempt, we will issue a full refund of your course fee and cover the cost of a comparable local instructor-led course. This guarantee applies only to students who complete all required online modules and skills sessions. Refunds are limited to the original course fee and the enrollment cost of the designated local course; no other expenses are included.

Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in any of our courses, you must complete the online registration form with accurate and current information. By registering, you confirm your eligibility for the course and that you meet any prerequisites, such as holding a valid BLS certification for PALS and ACLS courses.

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any course or skills assessment session.
We accept payments via credit card, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and we use Link to facilitate easier payments.
Course prices are subject to change; however, you will be notified of any changes prior to registration.

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not allow cancellations after purchase, and there are no refunds.
We offer one (1) complimentary rescheduling of your skills session. Any additional rescheduling request will require a $50 rebooking fee, due before we can reschedule you.
Alternatively, you can purchase $15 rescheduling insurance upon registration, allowing you to reschedule as needed without additional fees.
Your purchase will be available for activation for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the purchase will be forfeited.
ResQ Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered a refund or an alternative training date.

Health Considerations

CPR is a physical skill, and participants must be in good health to perform CPR on a manikin. If you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions that may prevent you from performing CPR properly, you should not take this class. If you feel exhausted or strained at any point, you should stop and reschedule. ResQ Health, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the course.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course and skills assessment, participants will receive an official certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Certifications are valid for two years from the date of issuance. It is the participant's responsibility to monitor the expiration date and renew their certification as necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and payment information, for the purposes of course registration and communication.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

ResQ Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to the updated terms.
